Emergency Macintosh Service (EMS) $125/hr When your Mac isn't responding or causing problems getting your work done, give us a call. We'll ask you a few questions about the nature of your problem and schedule an appointment to come to your location* as soon as possible. Using various tools and technical know-how we'll have your computer up and running as quickly as possible. Mac Wellness Programs (MWP) If you are interested in upgrading your systems, expanding your network, being introduced to a new software package, or simply preventing breakdowns, we can help you with our Macintosh Wellness Programs. We will come to your site* and recommend a regular regimen of quarterly or monthly visits that are specifically tailored to your needs and schedule. * If your location is outside of the St. Louis metropolitan area, minimal travel expenses may apply. We'll gladly advise you of travel expense fees before we schedule your appointment.
